Serious Crash Sunday Morning Near Norwood

(Norwood, MO) — A crash Sunday morning south of Norwood on Route-C caused injuries to a Dora woman. At just before 8-AM Sunday, 45-year-old Diana Sanchez of Dora was driving north on Route-C, when she ran off the right side of the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned and was ejected from the vehicle. The Highway Patrol reports that Sanchez was not wearing her seatbelt. She was flown by Cox Air Ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries.
