Woman Killed In North Springfield

(Springfield, MO) — Fire officials are investigating a Springfield house fire in which a woman was killed. Television station KOLR-10 reports that the fire started Wednesday night. Springfield Fire Chief David Hall says a passer-by and neighbor reported the fire. Crews searched the home after bringing the fire under control and found a woman’s body. The victim’s name has not been released.
