Licking Man Injured in Crash Sunday Night

A car crash Sunday evening sent a Licking man to the hospital with injuries. At about 10PM Sunday, 38-year-old James Hawkins of Licking was driving north on Highway-17, 5-miles north of Mountain View when he traveled off the roadway and overturned. The Highway Patrol reports that Hawkins was not wearing his seat belt. He was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Mountain View with moderate injuries.
