West Plains Man Injured in Early Morning Howell County Crash

A West Plains man was injured in an early Wednesday morning crash in Howell County. At about 4AM, 50-year-old William Balfantz of West Plains was driving south on Route-E near Moody when he went off the right side of the roadway, struck the ditch and overturned. The Highway Patrol reports that Balfantz was not wearing his seatbelt. Balfantz was transported to Ozarks Medical Center West Plains with moderate injuries.
