The City Council said they would continue to discuss the issue and work to come up with a solution and look for ways to fund upgrades to the water system. In other business, Hartville City Council discussed funds that were given to the Grovespring-Hartville Community Development Association for managing the ballfields, the sidewalk replacement program and prices and funding for a replacement patrol vehicle for the police department along with updating the nuisance ordinance.
