Several Springfield Residents Crash on Ice Covered Roads in Texas County

A number of people from the Springfield area were injured in a Texas County crash at 2:30PM Tuesday afternoon. 27-year-old Kenna Fennell was driving west on US-60 near Cabool when she lost control of the car on the ice covered road and ran off the roadway and overturned. Both Kenna Fennell and passenger 23-year-old Laena Odom received moderate injuries and passengers 3-year-old Kalani Abram and 2-year-old Steffin Hammond received minor injuries. The Highway Patrol reports that only the 2 children properly restrained when they crashed.
