Crash in Douglas County Injures Two Men
A car crash Saturday afternoon in Douglas County injured 2 men. The crash occurred as 32-year-old Robert Keller of Bucyrus was driving north on Route-W, south of Vanzant. Keller then went off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, and crossed the centerline, side-swiping 61-year-old Michael Rodgers of Vanzant. The Highway Patrol reports that both men were wearing their seatbelts. Keller was flow with serious injuries to Mercy Springfield, Rodgers was transported by ambulance with moderate injuries to Cox South Springfield.
