Missouri Ranked as 35th Strongest State – Down 2 Places From Last Year
Missouri is now the 35th strongest state in the country, down from 33rd, according to Politico magazine’s rating of “Strongest States”. Politico brings out its ratings at the same time as the President’s State of the Union Address, and bases the rankings on 14 categories. Those include data from agencies such as the US Census, FBI, and Center for Disease Control, and address unemployment, income, home ownership, and health. The strongest state was New Hampshire, and the weakest was Louisiana.
