MU Extension Offering Health Management Class in Mountain Grove

For those living with a health condition or that care for someone who does, the University of Missouri Extension in Mountain Grove has a class for you. The class will teach attendees how to manage symptoms, eat healthier, fight fatigue and pain, lessen frustration and communicate with others about their health conditions. The Health Care Management Class is being offered Each Thursday starting January 14, running through February 18th at the Mountain Grove Senior Center from 10-AM to Noon. There is no charge to attend, but they require a at least ten participants to hold the class.
