Hartville City Council Discusses Patrol Car Problems [AUDIO]

Stigall says that the options for patrol vehicles is fairly limited…

…because they are so high.

Council will continue the discussion on replacing one of the patrol cars. Hartville City Council also approved closing the city office on Christmas Eve.
