Raymondville Man Injured In Texas County Crash

A Raymondville man was injured yesterday in a two vehicle crash in Texas county. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 40-year-old John Goins of Raymondville was driving west on B Highway, 5 miles east of Houston, when he swerved to avoid another vehicle which had crossed the center line. Goins’ vehicle then ran off the roadway and collided with an electric pole. The report indicates he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. Goins was taken by ambulance to Texas county Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.
