Springfield Man Arrested For Drugs in Douglas County

A man from Springfield was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol Sunday night in Douglas County on an outstanding warrant and drug charges. 48-year-old Buddy Morris was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Morris was also wanted on a felony warrant from Polk county for a probation violation and was taken to the Douglas County jail in Ava.
