Highway Patrol Arrests Mountain View Man
A Mountain View man was taken into custody by the Missouri Highway Patrol Tuesday. 23-year-old Jason Cochran was arrested on a felony probation violation warrant in Howell County. Cochran was taken to the Howell County jail in West Plains with no bond.
